**Requirements**:
- 5+ years of experience in UI and UX design;
- Strong portfolio showcasing UI-focused work (please share instead of a test task);
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD;
- Solid understanding of design systems, user flow, and UX principles;
- Attention to detail and a sense of visual balance and consistency;
- Good communication and collaboration skills;
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks;
- Availability to work with teams in PST/EST time zones.
