Physical Therapist - Outpatient. Location: Bella Vista, AR. Assignment Duration: 13‑week contract position.

Schedule: 8‑hour day shift, 36 hours guaranteed with expectation of working up to 40 hours per week.

We are seeking a dedicated physical therapist for an outpatient setting, who will primarily work with a middle‑ and older‑age active patient population engaged in outdoor activities such as golf and mountain biking.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop treatment plans.
• Provide therapy interventions tailored to patient needs.
• Maintain productivity standards of seeing 12‑14 patients per day, with an expectation of 60 visits per week.
• Ensure quality care and patient satisfaction through effective communication and treatment execution.
