Position: Transportation: Safety & Compliance Lead

Location: Educational Service Centre – Edson, Alberta

Start Date: July 6, 2026, or upon mutually agreeable date.

Hours of work: 37.5 hours per week (1.0FTE), Monday to Friday

Reports to: Director, Transportation Services

Background: The Transportation Lead plays a key leadership role in ensuring legislative compliance, operational safety, driver competency, and the continuous improvement of transportation services. This position reports directly to the Director of Transportation Services and works collaboratively with trainers, bus drivers, heavy-duty technicians, school administrators, and other division staff to promote a strong culture of safety and accountability.
