Develop and deliver engaging training programs for new franchisees, covering all aspects of Freshslice operations, including customer service, product preparation, health and safety standards, and business management.
Create and update training materials, manuals, and presentations to ensure they are current and effective.
Conduct hands‑on training sessions, workshops, and simulations to enhance learning and retention.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments based on feedback and performance metrics.
Provide ongoing support and mentorship to franchisees during their initial training period.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a corporate trainer, preferably in the food and beverage or retail industry would be an asset.
