About This Opportunity

Goal

Compliance and monitoring of training-related activities such as qualifications system, LMS, internal training and government processes. 

Principal Activities

  • Follow-up with leaders and managers for the correct administration of evaluations to operational and administrative personnel.

  • Follow-up to internal and external training for registration in government and internal systems. (Schaeffler Academy) 

  • Support in event management. 

  • Management of induction courses and follow-up to the documentation of new admissions (PI and DP) 

  • Creation of training content for e-learning.

  • Support in internal and external audits. 

    • Education, experience, knowledge, and skills:

  • Education: Psychology, business administration, human resources or related 

  • Advanced English
