We're looking for a resourceful, process-driven Training Coordinator to join our Manufacturing team within our Winnipeg Office at 140 Otter Street. This is a newly established, long-term opportunity for someone who thrives at the intersection of operational knowledge and structured learning. You'll own the training function for our press room operations — designing how knowledge gets captured, who delivers it, and how we measure whether it's actually working. If you're someone who can wrangle subject matter experts, build the infrastructure from scratch, and make sure the right people are trained on the right things, this role was built for you.
