Education: active student in final semesters of a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronics, Industrial, Electrical, or related).
Experience: Basic understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Ford Production System (FPS) concepts. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues to identify root causes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of interacting effectively with both hourly operators and salaried leadership. Self-starter attitude with high initiative to take ownership of assigned projects with limited supervision. Intermediate to Advanced English level (written and spoken).
