We are currently looking for a Trading Application Support Specialist (W/M), based in Montreal, to ensure the deployment of our solutions to clients and serve as their primary point of contact for technical support.
Issue Analysis and Resolution
Analyse and troubleshoot incidents, help customers resolve issues, explain usage, debug failures, pinpoint problems, implement workarounds, enhance performance, improve security, and determine root causes.
Define severity and area of each issue, ensuring accurate classification and prioritization.
Resolve tickets according to the required knowledge, adhere to proper process, and raise escalations when necessary for timely resolution.
