About This Opportunity

Thompson Construction Group has immediate openings for Water and Sewer Track Loader Operators supporting our Infrastructure division’s land development and subdivision projects in the Edmonton area.

Responsibilities:

  • Backfill mainline pipe, services, catch basins, fire hydrants and manholes

  • Work with Hoe-pack Operator and Packer operators to efficiently carry out backfill activities

  • Knowledgeable about ramping in, to place first lift on various pipe to backfill
  • Participate in daily safety meetings and adhere to all company safety policies and procedures

  • Report all incidents, near misses, and equipment damage to site supervision

  • Maintain effective communication with supervisors and crew members

  • Work collaboratively as part of a construction crew to meet project timelines

    • Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a track loader operator
