Total Rewards Specialist

Location: Vancouver, Prince George, or Remote within BC/Alberta

Salary Range: $78,000 - $115,000 (BC Pay Transparency Act)

In Canada, we’re building a high‑performing, modern HR function to better support our operations. We’re looking for a Total Rewards Specialist to join our team and take ownership of how benefits and total rewards are delivered across the country.

Reporting to the HR Director, Canada, you’ll work closely with the Canadian HR Team, the North America Reward Director in the US, and the broader Total Rewards team in the UK. While you’ll have that global connection and support, you’ll be the dedicated Total Rewards lead for Canada.
