The first of its kind in Canada, FNHA works as a health‑and‑wellness partner with BC First Nations to support self‑determination and decision‑making to improve health outcomes. The Compensation and Benefits team works on providing statistical analysis in reviewing, developing, implementing and delivering compensation & benefits programs for all FNHA staff. The team conducts internal surveys and external surveys on compensation and benefits and assists with analysis and recommendation.
