TikTok Shop - Core Seller Growth Specialist

Responsibilities

• Directly engage with potential sellers through outbound channels (phone, WhatsApp, email) to drive seller onboarding and early activation.
• Own day-to-day execution of seller acquisition funnel, including lead follow‑up, qualification, conversion, and onboarding coordination.
• Build trust with sellers, clearly communicate platform value proposition, and drive conversion through proactive engagement and follow‑ups.
• Work closely with BPO teams to scale outreach efforts, while personally handling high‑potential leads and critical conversions.
• Track and manage seller pipeline, ensuring timely progression across stages (Contact → Registration → Onboarding).
• Identify common seller objections and feedback, and continuously improve outreach scripts, playbooks, and conversion strategies.
