- Have a mindset to design and utilize OKR to drive business growth. Lead the construction of OKR setting models, and collaborate with business teams to keep iterating the models.
- Integrate market analysis and industry trends to conduct in-depth research and explore opportunities. Effectively identify business opportunities and challenges through data analysis, industry research, etc., and formulate strategic plans to drive the mid-to-long-term development of the business.
