Job Description

We’re looking for an Assistant Manager for our Shoe Co. banner who will put their best foot forward. As an Assistant Manager, you will report to the Store Manager and assist in leading the store environment, fostering inclusivity and diverse customer connections. You will be responsible for coaching and leading the team to achieve store objectives, including in‑store sales, web orders, recruiting, performance management, training, and development. Your ability to problem‑solve, thrive in a fast‑paced environment, lead a dynamic team, collaborate, and execute on operational excellence will be key to your success.
