Key Responsibilities
Plan, Execute, Analyze and Lead on System Level and Part-Quality related testing for new product development initiatives by establishing baseline process, cycle time limits, process window limits, and performing systematic process troubleshooting for all part quality and system defects.
Support the development testing of new applications/materials (e.g., BioResins, rPET, Multilayer PET and Packaging, Medical, etc.).
Contribute to development of Process Guidelines and Best Practices and assist with establishing pass/fail criteria for new applications as required.
Participate in upfront risk identification efforts through FMEA or other methods.
