Responsibilities

• Manage, coach and train personnel
• Coach, train and mentor your supervisors
• Manage Operating budget, P&L; responsibility and Performance KPIs
• Daily Dock performance, monitoring and adjustments
• Increase Scanning Compliance, both Inbound & Outbound
• Ensure employees follow health & safety guidelines
• Cross train staff to ensure adequate dock coverage daily
• Manage last mile performance with Independent Contractors
• Respond to all Customer Experience Team requests
