In this pivotal role, the Terminal Manager will be responsible for managing all local operations within our Calgary and Edmonton terminals. This includes overseeing operational performance, safety compliance, and cost control while collaborating with a broader operations team. You will play a critical role in executing terminal-level strategies and developing leaders within the organization.
Key Responsibilities: • Own performance metrics, ensuring on-time service and productivity • Act as the main point for terminal-level execution and accountability • Translate company strategy into actionable terminal plans • Lead and coach Operations Supervisors on terminal KPIs • Review OS&D trends and implement corrective actions
