This role will play a key part in delivering a seamless transition experience for members through system onboarding, education, and in-person support. Key Responsibilities:
Training & System Onboarding (April):
• Participate in internal training on a new member service platform
• Learn system functionality to confidently support member questions
• Assist with preparation of member-facing materials and internal processes
