Job Location: Office, Six apartment buildings, Group Home

Responsibilities

• Regular cleaning tasks for both the interior and exterior of the buildings
• Small repair tasks
• Checking building security systems as needed
• Assist tenants as need arises
• Maintaining orderly and safe maintenance storage areas
• Organizing for and effectively communicating with private contractors if requested
• Report and deal with any safety issues
• Respond to building emergency calls such as heating problems, and water leaks as needed
