Our downtown Calgary client is a leader in the commercial real estate industry, and they are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Administrator on a temporary basis to support a high performing team. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable handling a variety of administrative tasks. This position is well-suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys multitasking, and takes pride in keeping operations running seamlessly.
Responsibilities:
Organize, prepare and/or assist in the development of proposals, listings, letters of intent, sales agreements and presentations.
Prepare marketing packages, reports, and listing presentations, including brochures using corporate templates.
Coordinate market reports, conduct comparative analyses as required.
Review leases and title documents, creating summaries as required.
