As the Senior Engineering Manager/Engineering Manager, you will:
Lead and advance our people, through end-to-end people leadership across the 10 areas of management: Planning, Hiring, Onboarding, Evaluating, Developing, Engaging, Scheduling, Compensating, Transitioning, and Mitigating
Ensure the team can execute against priorities by maintaining operational health (capacity, quality, sustainable pace) and partnering with Tech Leads and TPMs on planning, sequencing, and delivery
Align individual performance and career planning with departmental goals, while partnering with TPMs on capacity planning to ensure the right headcount and skill mix are available to execute the roadmap
Cultivate a collaborative environment centered on open communication, fostering fearless feedback and blameless retrospectives to drive continuous improvement
