nnn SUMMARYAssures building is in excellent operational conditions by following preventive maintenance instructions. Performs simple repairs to the building and equipment. Reports any need for maintenance
and/or janitorial services.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Performs preventive maintenance and repairs as directed by the maintenance and security supervisor and the facilities technician sr.
* Supports the maintenance team following instructions of the facilities technician Sr.
* Provides cleaning support to building exterior; parking lot, sidewalks and gardening.
REQUIREMENTS
* Level of Formal Education:Some high school.
* Area of Study:
* Years of Experience:One to two years.
