The Technical Writer will work in Montreal to develop and maintain high‑quality, user‑focused documentation for imaging software and hardware products, leveraging AI‑enabled documentation infrastructure.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain reference manuals, user guides, and technical documentation for imaging software and hardware products.
Work closely with engineering teams and product managers to understand products and documentation needs.
Design, implement, and maintain an AI‑based documentation infrastructure, including content structuring, reuse, and AI readiness.
Produce clear and technically accurate documentation in English for developers, system integrators, and end users.
Deliver documentation in multiple electronic formats such as PDF, compiled HTML, and online help systems.
Validate documentation accuracy by following product workflows and performing basic product usage and verification.
