Under the direction of the Training Centre Manager, assess the development needs of Brandt’s C&F service technicians.
In collaboration with others, identify sources for, and as required help develop, suitable instructional and evaluation materials for Brandt’s C&F service technicians related to the repair, overhaul, diagnosis, maintenance and operation of heavy duty powered mobile equipment and associated attachments and technology.
Implement the C&F service technician development program including: identifying employee development needs in all Brandt’s C&F dealerships; locating and/or coordinating development of professional quality curriculum; and in collaboration with others develop and implement the scheduling, coordination, and delivery of development training activities.
