Technical Team Lead . This role is equal parts technical leadership, architecture ownership, developer coaching, and pragmatic execution.
Our goal is not to replace engineers with AI, but to get the best out of a small, talented team by thoughtfully incorporating AI tools into the development process, improving speed, quality, and developer experience while keeping the platform secure and maintainable.
