Responsibilities
Provide first-line technical support to clients via phone, email, and in person
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
Document all support interactions and maintain accurate records
Perform basic system maintenance and updates
Assist with IT equipment setup and configuration
Requirements
2+ years of technical support experience
Strong knowledge of Windows and basic networking concepts
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Customer service oriented with a positive attitude
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
