Responsibilities
Monitor, maintain and support Optimove's production environment.
A key person for integration projects and requests from customers (data and application-oriented).
Investigate and debug ETL processes.
Conduct data QA and analysis (Snowflake, MsSQL, BigQuery).
Perform configuration management.
Create robust and scalable processes.
Communicate directly with customers to solve technical issues.
Requirements
Experience in a similar customer‑facing role.
Proficient in written and spoken English.
Outstanding technical skills.
Experience with SQL.
