We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Technical Support Engineer (L1) to join our team and grow with us. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience with a high-performance platform and develop technical skills in SQL and debugging.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Act as the first point of contact for Level 1 support tickets
  • Monitor live chats and assist users proactively
  • Investigate and troubleshoot platform issues using logs and internal tools
  • Run and manage basic SQL queries , with guidance and oversight
  • Escalate complex problems to the development team with clear and structured tickets
  • Maintain and update internal documentation
