Reporting to the manager of the Support team within the Product Development Expertise Centre, you will directly impact the quality of the user experience, the reliability of our solutions, and the continuous evolution of our application ecosystem.
YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
Diagnose, analyze, and resolve technical issues related to the application ecosystem to ensure its stability and performance.
Document technical procedures, recurring incidents, and implemented solutions to facilitate future resolution and ensure operational continuity.
Collaborate closely with development teams to gather, clarify, and prioritize application improvement needs.
