Technical Specialist, Application Development
Duties and Responsibilities
Gathers and analyzes needs from internal and external business partners (including suppliers and OEM customers) and selects appropriate software solutions and technology to meet business requirements and IT strategies
Creates specification, diagrams and models to guide custom software development
Collaborates with system architects, developers, and software vendors to design and develop processes, integrations and technology solutions
Develops OEM and Supplier mappings in the Seeburger tool to facilitate customer/supplier communications
Serves as focal point for logging software related issues and registering problems or enhancements
Manages releases for future upgrades and maintenance and ensures software works properly afterwards
