DescriptionThe Technical Service Engineer is responsible for answering and resolving phone calls, email requests on technical issues related to Franklin Electric & WDM products, with the goal of offering timely and accurate remote and on-site technical service, also support the sales team with quotes for Franklin Electric products, by making a correct selection and calculation of the equipment to be quoted in a timely manner. Support the overall warranty process from the RMA generation, the resolution and the replacement delivery. Provide remote and in-person technical trainings to distributors and their clients.
