Responsibilities
Own a territory (Ontario, Quebec and the Maritimes) and quota for the specialty feed additives and premix portfolio.
Prospect, develop, and close new business while expanding share with existing accounts.
Build and manage a qualified pipeline from lead generation through close.
Run structured discovery to uncover customer needs and buying drivers; translate technical insights into clear, value-based proposals that win.
Coordinate and execute on-farm/feed-mill trials as part of the sales process, quantify results and ROI, and move opportunities forward with timely follow-up and stakeholder alignment.
