Mission & Challenges
Procurement of technically sophisticated components and assemblies (e.g., mechanical structural parts, actuators, gearboxes, injection‑molded parts)
Procurement of standard and norm parts
Conducting demanding price, contract, and delivery time negotiations with national and international suppliers
Enforcement of cost, quality, and delivery targets, even in early development phases
Analysis of cost structures (cost breakdown, should‑cost analyses)
Development and implementation of negotiation strategies for each product group
Close cooperation with development for technical argumentation in negotiations
Contract drafting in cooperation with legal (framework agreements, NDAs, SLAs)
