Key Areas of Responsibility
Workflow Coordination & Management Support
Operational Triage: Assist the Manager by triaging daily Document Change Package (DCP) requests and Problem Incident Reports (PIR).
Daily Workflow Oversight: Monitor task progress for staff and contractors, ensuring delivery timelines for major programmes are met.
Reporting & Visibility: Maintain and update dashboards and KPIs for real‑time view of TDP status.
Documentation Standardisation: Develop and maintain work instructions, style guides, and instructional materials.
Technical Review & Quality Assurance
TDP Gatekeeping: Perform peer reviews and technical checks on publications (CFTOs, LSARs, BOMs, drawings) for compliance with military and customer standards.
