The Service Excellence organization is responsible for supporting TELUS business customers across Public and Private sectors, from mid-market to global enterprise level. We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to join our Customer Reporting & Analytics team and support the execution of systems standardization and migration initiatives.
In this role, you will:
Work alongside cross-functional teams to coordinate data transformation initiatives, including data conversion and mapping activities
Support the development of efficient, scalable reporting solutions for Enterprise and Public sector accounts
Facilitate seamless integration across our data ecosystem by coordinating activities, removing blockers, and ensuring smooth execution across all project phases
