Project Leadership & Delivery

  • Develop and own a comprehensive project roadmap, including milestones, deliverables, and timelines
  • Establish governance frameworks, reporting cadence, and stakeholder alignment
  • Track progress, manage risks and issues, and provide clear status reporting

    • Agile Execution

  • Lead Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives)
