While the role includes Project Management responsibilities such as project updates and coordination, the primary focus will be acting as a hands‑on Business Analyst.
The role involves running projects, investigating issues, coordinating testing, supporting release regressions, and managing deliveries end‑to‑end.
Primary focus is Business Analysis, with Project Management as a secondary responsibility.
Key Responsibilities
Lead requirements elicitation and stakeholder discussions.
Document functional requirements, Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), and user stories.
Perform As‑Is analysis and propose workflow improvements.
Investigate system and data issues and perform root cause analysis.
