Develop detailed project plans covering scope, timelines, milestones, and resource requirements in line with PMO standards.
Translate technical requirements into actionable project deliverables, ensuring alignment with architecture and security frameworks.
Manage end-to-end delivery of infrastructure projects such as network refresh, AV systems upgrade, cloud migration, backup expansion, and security solutions (e.g., Palo Alto, F5, Cisco ISE, ExtraHop, Gigamon).
Oversee configuration, testing, and deployment activities, ensuring compliance with the Company’s IT policies and standards.
