• PreparetechnicalspecificationsinlinewithrequirementsdeterminedbytheLandAcquisitionbudgetandTechnical/SalesMeetings
• Ensureallstatutoryenquiries,crossovers,sewerconnectionsaresubmittedandpursuedfortheirtimelyreturn
• OverseetheNHBC/BuildingRegulationsapplicationstoapproval
• EnsurethatworkingdrawingsareinaccordancewiththeapprovedPlanningScheme
