About This Opportunity

A leading cloud service provider is now seeking a technical professional to join their energetic team in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical service to the corporate clients
  • Analyst the infrastructure environment
  • Design and deliver an appropriate solution to the clients
  • Troubleshoot on the ad-hoc issues
  • Conduct technical training and presentation to the clients
  • Provide technical advises
  • Ensure the service delivered is compliance to the SLA

    • Requirements

  • Degree holders or above in IT related disciplines
  • At least 8 years related experience
  • Solid experience on either Cisco or Microsoft server or Virtualization product
  • Cisco / Microsoft certificate holder is preferred
  • Good in Network Security will be an advantage but not a must
  • Good negotiation and communication skills 
  • Strong problem solving skill
