Responsibilities
Own the high‑level technical architecture and integration approach for assigned customer implementations.
Translate customer architecture requirements into scalable and supportable solutions aligned with internal platforms, APIs, and standards.
Lead technical discussions with customers and internal teams on real‑time, batch data processing, networking, VPNs, private connectivity (e.g., AWS Privatelink), best practices for performance, security, monitoring, and messaging architecture.
Oversee and lead workplace setup, including cloud setup and connectivity, API enablement, SSO configuration and monitoring.
Coordinate initial data setup, bulk data loads, and validation activities.
