This company is seeking a Technical Lead to guide both engineering execution and strategic direction as they continue to build mission-critical logistics software. This role blends hands-on engineering with leadership: you’ll design and build complex features across the stack, make pragmatic architectural decisions, and collaborate closely with the CTO to shape technical priorities. Ideal candidates are full-stack engineers who are comfortable working on low-level infrastructure and performance as well as shipping product features.
