**The Team**
Contributes to the overall success of the AML Payment Scanning Technology in Canada and globally ensuring specific individual goals, plans, initiatives are executed / delivered in support of the team’s business strategies and objectives. **The Role**
The Technical lead is responsible for Managing the project team’s plans and interfacing with the project and business managers.
The main function of a Tech Lead is to oversee the application of project management methodology during all phases of the project cycle, with responsibilities that include project design, scope management, cost control, quality and performance.
