On behalf of our public sector client, Affinity is seeking a Technical Functional Analyst, Oracle EBS – HCM, to support sustainment activities and assist with the transition from Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) to Oracle Fusion HCM. This role will focus on maintaining and supporting the current Oracle EBS HR and Payroll environment while contributing to data conversion, integration development, reporting development, and coexistence activities as part of a multi‑phase cloud transformation program.

Deliverables

Provide technical and functional support for Oracle EBS HR and Payroll modules

Support day‑to‑day sustainment activities, troubleshooting, and production support

Develop and support data conversion activities between Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion HCM
