Core Responsibilities
Drive the technical delivery of the AML/Financial Crime technology roadmap, ensuring milestones are met across systems.
Act as the primary technical point of contact between Financial Compliance, Legal, and Engineering teams.
Manage the technical roadmap and transition legacy AML systems to modern or AI‑enhanced architectures (e.g., entity resolution, real‑time transaction monitoring).
Ensure all technical deliveries meet global regulator standards and manage risk dependencies.
Proactively identify technical blockers in the pipeline or validation processes and implement mitigation strategies.
Manage relationships with specialized FinCrime third‑party products and oversee their technical integration. <...
