Our customer, located in Mississauga, ON, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team on a permanent basis.

The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, processing quotes, entering orders, and processing returns.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer service, maintain high customer satisfaction, and respond to all inquiries received via phone, fax, mail, and email. Redirect inquiries to the appropriate department when necessary.
  
• Work with other departments to resolve order-related issues, facilitate solutions, and improve customer support. This includes determining product availability and pricing, advising on backorder situations, arranging shipment of tools and parts, and following up on orders.
