Bridge the gap between business and IT, ensuring common understanding and IT/Business alignment of both functional and non-functional requirements and determining high level work efforts
Facilitate requirements gathering and design sessions with multiple stakeholders and translate those to technical requirements for the developers
Help improve and drive best practices by providing valuable inputs and suggestions as to what works well and what can be done better
Contribute to a collaborative team environment by information sharing and team cooperation

You have 5+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst in a challenging IT system solution environment.
Comfortable with relational databases, SQL Queries, data mappings and data analysis
