As a Technical Business Analyst Advisory, you will independently resolve complex business problems for the assigned Lines of Business. Your responsibilities will include:
Works with key stakeholders within all business functions to align technology solutions with business strategies
Lead the discovery, analysis, and documentation of business requirements that drive strategic transformation.
Lead the integration efforts with channels and SaaS platforms, helping define secure end-to-end solution flows leveraging SSO, SAML, and OIDC protocols.
Partner with UX/UI and engineering teams to deliver intuitive, scalable user experiences, ensuring alignment with usability standards and consistent cross-channel design.
Define and help manage entitlements within the application, including role-based access, permissions, and governance aligned with enterprise security policies.
