Requirements

10-12+ years of experience in PLM technical roles

Strong hands-on experience with Dassault Systèmes 3DEXPERIENCE platform

Proven experience leading 3DEXPERIENCE platform upgrades

Deep knowledge of ENOVIA architecture

Java, JPO, MQL, TCL scripting

Customization and configuration frameworks

Experience with multi-environment deployments and upgrade cycles

Experience with CATIA, DELMIA, or SIMULIA integrations

Experience with ERP integrations (SAP preferred)

Knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps, or automated testing for PLM platforms

Responsibilities

Perform technical impact analysis for new releases, custom code, scripts, and configurations

Integrations and downstream systems

Contribute to upgrade strategy and roadmap

Environment upgrades (DEV, QA, UAT, PROD)

Cutover and post-upgrade stabilization
