Job Description The Technical Advisor will play a key role in the customer experience and will be responsible for: Opening and closing work orders; Scheduling appointments for the following day; Managing the fleet of courtesy vehicles; Answering calls and scheduling appointments; Tracking parts on order; Understanding and applying manufacturer warranties, including prepaid maintenance plans; Processing requests for extended warranties; Working with various computer platforms. We also welcome candidates who have held various positions within the automotive industry.
